By using Horoslay or Cosmiquee (collectively, the Service), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email.

Horoslay and Cosmiquee are astrology entertainment services. The readings, horoscopes, tarot interpretations, and compatibility analyses provided are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind — not psychological, financial, medical, or legal advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

Your readings are based on real astronomical calculations. We compute the precise positions of all 10 planets, 12 houses, and key aspects at the moment and location of your birth using professional-grade ephemeris data (Moshier algorithm). This chart data — along with your active transits and personal preferences — is then interpreted by our AI astrologers into personalized readings. Each astrologer persona (Luna Vale, Roxie Blaze, Nyx Solara, Sienna Rae, Orion Cross, Jax Mercury, and Dante Vire) is an AI-powered voice with a distinct perspective and style. By using the Service, you acknowledge that the interpretive content is AI-generated and accept it as entertainment and self-reflection, not professional guidance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Cosmiquee Premium is a subscription service billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Affiliates are subject to additional terms provided at onboarding. Bounties are paid 90 days after conversion to protect against chargebacks. We reserve the right to withhold bounties for fraudulent conversions. Minimum payout is $50.

The content, design, and technology of Horoslay and Cosmiquee are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your personal birth chart data belongs to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
